Terms of Use

  سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
اولا : استرجاع المنتج :

1-    يحق للعميل استرجاع المبلغ فى خلال فترة  ) 7 ) يوم  ، ولكن  يشترط احضار فاتورة الشراء وأن يكون المنتج فى حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم .
2-    يمكن للعميل استرجاع المبلغ نقداً فى حالة الدفع نقداً عند الشراء .
3-    فى حالة الدفع عن طريق الفيزا ، يتم الاسترجاع عند طريق الفيزا ويأخذ العميل ايصال بعمليه الاسترداد .
4-    كروت تعبئة الرصيد غير قابلة للاسترجاع.


ثالثا : شروط الضمان :

1-    يجب ان يكون صاحب الجهاز حامل لبطاقى الضمان وفاتورة الشراء
2-    الضمان مسئولية شركه الضمان .
3-    تقتصر مسئولية الشركه على ارسال الجهاز واستقباله من شركه الضمان .
4-    تسرى شروط الضمان لدى الشركات المختلفة على العميل دون ادنى مسئولية على ( هاى فون تيليكوم ).

 
 
 
 

 

Replacement Policy and Retrieval



First: Return/Replacement of Product and Cash Policy:
 

 

1.Customer can receive his money/cash back if he returns the product within the 7 days’ time frame. Terms and conditions of the above are that the customer should produce a valid receipt; the item should be in good condition and unopened.

 

2. If the customer paid in cash he will receive his money back in cash.

 

3. If the customer paid via credit card he will have the amount spent credited back into the same credit card that was used to make the purchase.

 

4. ALL prepaid phone cards are NON-refundable.

  

Warranty Terms
 

1. The customer should provide the receipt and actual copy of warranty.

 

2. The agent is responsible for the warranty.

 

3. HiPHONE TELECOM is only responsible for handling the item from the customer and providing it to the agent.

 

 4. Each product is the responsibility of the agent and NOT HiPHONE TELECOM. Therefore the company has a certain process where to take the device to the main agent/supplier and investigate if the device is a manufacturer error. This may take between 2-10 days.

Replace the product

 

1.        Once an item has been purchased it may be exchanged with an alternative item within the same price range, in addition the product should be in good condition.
